Return Policy

The Closet Crew goes out of our way to ensure that our customers and pets are delighted with their shopping experience at Maxwell and Molly’s Closet.

We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as a proper fit of your selection ensures your satisfaction.
Our Exchange Policy are as follows.

  • Please call in advance to ensure that your item is eligible for an exchange.(ex. Custom made items are not exchangeable).
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the receipt of your order. An exchange requires a pre-authorization number acquired by either calling or e-mailing Maxwell and Molly’s Closet. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All exchanges must be in the original packaging and in unused and sellable condition.We cannot honor exchanges for ant merchandise that has been used or is not in original new condition.
  • if an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of order. If the box appears damaged upon arrival refuse package and it will be returned to us.We will send an exchange for the item.
  • Refunds will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.In some cases, such as repetitive returns, there may be a restocking fee.
  • Custom ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Certain items, due to health regulations, such as; carriers, beds,hygienics wear,supplements,treats and foods are not returnable.
  • Please return your items with an insured carrier (ups, Fedx,USPS priority mail)making sure that they are both insured and with a delivery confirmation.Maxwell and Molly’s Closet is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customers responsibilty to file a claim with the carrier.
  • Any item returned without a return authoriztion number will not be processed and will be returned to the customer and/or an additional restocking fee of 50% will be incurred.
