What do I get from this plan?
You and your pet will receive a FREE customized health plan based on your questionnaire results and your budget.
Is the food free?
The consultation is always free, and the recommendations are personalized to your pet’s needs and your budget.
Food, supplements, toppers, and treats are not free, but they come with special discounts and added bonuses as part of the toolbox program.
And if you’re not already a member of our Platinum Paws Club, you’ll be enrolled for free, which gives you 5% off store-wide.
Who will I be meeting with?
You’ll meet with our owner/founder or one of our trained staff crew members who will take the time to understand your pet’s needs. Your pet is welcome (and encouraged!) to attend so we can create the most accurate, personalized plan.
Is this recurring?
No—there is no required subscription and nothing automatically renews. You decide when and how often you want to continue with the suggested products.
We’re simply here to support your pet’s nutrition journey at your pace.
Is this just for dogs?
No, i’t also for our feline friends as well.
Can we meet online?
Right now, our Nutritional Toolbox consultations are in-person only so we can really get to know you (and your pet and give them the most accurate recommendations. Your pet is welcome to attend! We’ve found that seeing them in person helps us tailor the perfect plan for their needs.
What if I have to cancel my meeting?
We understand: life happens. 🙂 You may reschedule your consultation. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled meeting time.
