Part-Time Pet Boutique Associate
Maxwell & Molly’s is looking for a dependable, self-motivated person to join our crew in a flexible, part-time position. The role offers fewer than 20 hours per week, and both the number of hours and the schedule may vary from week to week.
Shifts may include evenings and/or daytime weekend shifts as needed. This position will work between our Sparta and Hamburg stores depending on coverage needs, so reliable transportation and the flexibility to work at either location are required.
The ideal person has a genuine passion for pets and is specifically looking for flexible part-time work rather than guaranteed, fixed weekly hours.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for pets
- Strong existing knowledge of pets, pet nutrition, or pet products
- Availability for occasional evening and weekend-day shifts
- A quick learner who can retain product information
- A self-starter who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative
- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
- Dependable, responsible, and flexible about working at either location
- Friendly and confident when helping customers make thoughtful choices for their pets
Previous retail or customer-service experience is preferred. Above all, we need someone trustworthy, capable, and genuinely interested in helping pets live healthier, happier lives.
